The Company was established in 1996. Projects that require more attention to detail, experience and knowledge, rather than large volumes of labor are our specialty. Our services include additions, renovations, repairs and custom cabinetry crafted in our shop. American Craftsman Construction Company's employees have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, ranging from large custom homes to modest home repairs and remodeling. With the experience and knowledge gained, we are capable of providing quality craftsmanship. We have completed projects for clients to their total satisfaction, after they had been told by others, it couldn't be done.
American Craftsman Construction Company strives to maintain a reputation based on Godly accountability. We present homeowners with a contract stating cost and work specifications, and upon the start of a project, we are committed to completion before moving on to another project. During construction some inconveniences are unavoidable. However, in an effort to minimize the inconveniences, we regard your home as "construction on a home site", not "a home on a construction site." When we have subcontractors in a client's home we are there supervising their work. We are flexible when homeowners request changes or additions while a project is in process. Also, we are accommodating if homeowners prefer to use their own subcontractor, or desire to complete a portion of the project themselves. A large percentage of our business is from recurring clients and referrals. Our objective is to secure long term business relationships which are advantageous to our clients and American Craftsman Construction Company.
